About

Brian and Cindy McFaden have always had pastors’ hearts. In their 42 years of marriage, they’ve developed a passion for (seeing tangible results) helping people in a meaningful way. They are both avid encouragers and evangelists of the heart and mind. Not only have they planted several churches and led schools of ministry, but they’ve also spent 20+ years in pastoral counseling.

In 2006 God spoke Isaiah 61:2 clearly to Cindy, saying, “I want you to heal the broken-hearted.” The dream for Reconnected Again was born out of that commission. Cindy often says, “We can learn and grow by the school of hard knocks or the ways of wisdom.” Together, the McFaden’s desire to use their guidance to help others avoid learning the hard way.

The three diamonds of Reconnected Again represent their motto, “God holds, heals, and connects us. But first, we need to connect to God.”

Through a wide variety of pastoral counseling tools, including John and Paula Sanford’s Elijah House training, the McFadens help guide others to complete healing. Believing that transformed living doesn’t just come from surrendering the heart, but having the right beliefs about God, ourselves, and others. Ezk. 36:26 is a foundational verse for their ministry, “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you, and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.”

Brian and Cindy believe that all can have access to living a life full of freedom and victory if they are empowered with the right tools. They have led many to reconnect with God, exchanging wrong beliefs for a renewed mind, healing soul wounds, and restoring hearts.

They’ve personally seen many marriages restored, relationships reconciled, and countless people healed from deep trauma. Brian and Cindy have also served ministries all over the world as prophetic intercessors. They are a true mother and father, not only to their two adult children but also to dozens of spiritual children.
